Lemonade Stand details

link to the event   Katy and Cody will be selling Lemonade this Sat.June 19th  from 10 am till 2pm in front of Mo's Fishing in Orange Beach, Al..  Publix has also generously donated the Lemonade for the event so a special thanks to them.  Please come out and help us raise money to Help The animals affected By BP's Oil. Also A big Thanks To Clark at Swift Supply in Orange Beach for the Drink Cooler they doanted to our Stand..  Also will have cookies for sale as well... baked by Mrs. Leroy E. Walker, Sr. And  Ms. Robin Walker-Hogeland and Myself  . the Cups and Napkins were generously donated by Mrs. Kathy Walker- Gordon and Mr. and mrs. J.L. Thomas and family. Thanks for all of your Help without it this wouldn't be possible. Hope to see ya'll tommorrow remember 10-2p in Front of Mo's Fishing at Zeke's Marina!!!
   All Donations appreciated. All proceeds will be Donated to the Dauphin Island SeaLab to help with the care of Wildlife affected by the BP OIL SPILL

  5. These great "little ones" go back for five, if not more, generations living on and fishing these shores. My heart just aches that they may never see, in their teens and longer, their homes so beautiful as they were just a "moment" ago.
    The big companies that shuffle our futures will never know what it is like to love your land. They always have another condo to move to down the line and apparently have little if any interest in keeping our shores, that they have desecrated, safe from their greed to get the "most for the least".
    I can't be there myself but I have had those cookies and believe you me they are worth your effort to go and get 'um!

  6. Update: We raised $140 today with the Stand in Orange Beach... and A gernerous donation of $50 from Annamarie in TN... Thanks to everyone who came out today... Thanks again to Publix for the Lemonade and To Swift Supply for their donation of a watercooler to help our cause. We are tenatively planning another event in Orange Beach next weekend... I'll post the details in the next couple of days. The Pay pal donation account ids still open so please Donate any amount will help A bottle of "Dawn" soap is a buck or two .. Thanks Again also to everyone who helped with the Stand today as well... Couldn't have done this with out all of ya'lls help.

    I heard this on the news and they mentioned that they had t-shirts as well for 22.00 each. I would like to see one. I think it is great that the children are trying to fix a mistake that adults have made. The future looks brighter because of this.
